Does Redline Mechanical give New Customers Coupons?

Yes, we do offer our New Customers a special coupon for choosing us! We also offer multiple other discounts to everyone that is available on our website under Coupons and occasionally have coupons posted to our Social Media accounts.

What is Redline Mechanical's Service area?

We are located in Black Diamond, WA and proudly service the Puget Sound area in King, Pierce and Snohomish counties. Give us a call at 360-469-4931 to confirm if you are in our service area!

Does Redline Mechanical accept Credit Cards?

Yes, for our customers convenience, we do accept all major Credit Cards with a 3% fee.

Can a Customer provide their own Fixtures?

Yes, our customers are welcome to provide their own Fixtures such as, Water Heaters, Toilets, Faucets, Dishwashers, Hose bibs, etc. However, to be able to warranty our work, we ask that Redline provides all parts needed to complete the job so that we can personally guarantee our parts and labor for each job. Please note that if you do wish to provide your own Fixtures, Redline will not be able to warranty the fixture if it was not provided by us and our suppliers.

We have been in business since May of 2017. Owned by Nicole McMahan, Redline Mechanical is proud to be a women-owned and family-operated business with Nicole's husband, Ryan McMahan as our Senior Project Manager.
