Redline Mechanical has a very capable design build team.
During conceptual or Schematic Design we listen to the clients needs based on type of use, timing and budget.
As the project moves into the Design Development phase we provide value by collaborating with Architecture, Structure and the other MEP trades to ensure a system that is efficient, cost effective and fits the client’s needs.
During the Design Development phase we are able to ask questions and provide milestone budgets in order to keep the project on track from a cost perspective as well as meeting deliverables for critical dates such as permit application and addressing long lead items.
As the project reaches the Permit Document phase the client can expect to have participated in many budget option that have shaped the total cost for the project as well as a full submittal for review and comment.
There are multiple approaches to the level of design on a project depending on the overall needs. Redline can provide guidance, complete schematic documents started by other consulting engineers, or engage our proven industry partners to provide full BIM services.
